This single-storey gîte, in a renovated former farmhouse, comprises a living room/lounge/kitchen, two bedrooms with 2 twin beds (90cm), a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a private shower room (open onto the bedroom), a shower room and a separate toilet. You have 150 m² of private enclosed grounds with terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, 2 deckchairs) and covered 5-seater spa (included from May to September and €100/week outside this period). There is also a communal outdoor area with a heated swimming pool (3.6x9.6 m) open from May to September, and a fishing pontoon with disabled access.
