This gîte is on the first floor of an old renovated farmhouse (accessed via an outside staircase) and comprises a living room/kitchen with 1 x 160cm sofa bed, a bedroom with 2 twin 90cm beds and a shower room/WC. There is a 30 m² private enclosed garden with garden furniture, barbecue and 2 deckchairs. There is also a communal outdoor area with a heated swimming pool (3.6x9.6 m) open from May to September, and a fishing pontoon with PRM access.
