On the ground floor, this gîte offers a large living room/lounge/kitchen, 2 WCs, one of which is suitable for PRMs, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (80cm) and 1 foldaway bed (140cm) with kitchenette, TV and separate entrance, and 1 PRM bedroom with 2 twin beds (80cm). Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms with 3 beds 80 (2 of which are twin beds) and 1 fold-away bed 90 with kitchenette, TV and separate entrance, 3 bedrooms with 2 twin beds 80 and 1 bedroom with 4 beds 80. All rooms have en suite facilities (shower room, separate WC). There is a private area of 200 m² with a terrace and garden furniture, as well as several on-site parking spaces. You will also have access to a swimming pool area with heated indoor pool (4x7m) and sanitary facilities. Access to the pool is included from Saturday to Sunday, with an additional charge from Monday to Friday (€140).
