This old farmhouse, renovated in 2023, is located in a hamlet on a 2-hectare property, close to the owner's home and adjoining another gîte. There is a living room with lounge/living room/kitchen, a bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed (accessible by a step), a bathroom (bath and shower) with WC. Outside, there is an enclosed garden and a private terrace with spa (garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, parasol). Private parking is available at the entrance to the property.
