Stay in southern Vendée, in the heart of the Marais Poitevin. This holiday cottage offers you the charm of the Vendée countryside, just 35 km from the beaches of La Faute-sur-Mer and La Tranche-sur-Mer, 14 km from Luçon and 35 km from La Rochelle.
Adjoining the owners’ home and situated on a cereal farm, this cottage welcomes you to the heart of the Marais Poitevin.
On the ground floor, the cottage comprises a living area with an open-plan lounge/dining room/kitchen, as well as a separate toilet. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms (1 x 160 cm bed) (2 x 90 cm beds that can be joined together) and a shower room.
The gîte has Wi-Fi.
Outside, enjoy a private terrace with an awning, garden furniture, a barbecue and sun loungers. You’ll also have access to a large one-hectare plot, shared with the owners, situated at the rear of the gîte.
To enhance your stay, an indoor swimming pool (5 x 11 m), open from June to September, is at your disposal. You can also make use of a games room equipped with table football and a table tennis table, as well as a fishing pond located 350 metres away.
