Stay in a 16th and 19th century dwelling in the heart of a 7,000 m² estate, between the Marais Poitevin Regional Nature Park (23 km), the Vendée beaches (50 km) and the Puy du Fou (52 km).
This gîte comprises, on the ground floor, a living room with fireplace, wood burner and hi-fi system, a kitchen, a small lounge with TV and DVD player, a laundry room, a storeroom and a toilet. Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms, including one with 2 twin beds (90cm) and a private bathroom, one with a double bed (140cm) and a private shower room, one with 2 single beds (90cm) and a private shower room and one with 2 twin beds (90cm) and a private shower room, as well as a separate toilet. There is a private outdoor area of 1,000m² with garden furniture and barbecue. The garden is surrounded by a moat. You will have access to a closed storage area for your bicycles.
The gîte adjoins the owners' home.
Optional: End-of-stay cleaning: €75/stay; Sheet hire for 1 or 2 people: €10/bed/stay (made to measure). 10€/bed/stay (beds made up on arrival on request); Bathroom linen hire: 8/pers./stay.
Additional charges: Visitor's tax; Gas heating: €13/day (payable to the owner).
Weekends and short stays are accepted outside July and August.
