Stay in the heart of the Marais Poitevin Regional Nature Park, and discover Maillezais Abbey (3 km), at the foot of which you'll find a landing stage for exploring the marsh canals by boat.
This renovated old house is situated in a hamlet, on a 1.5-hectare plot. On the ground floor, it comprises a combined living room, lounge and kitchen, two bedrooms – one with a 160 bed and the other with two 90 beds – a shower room and a toilet. Upstairs (via a staircase with high steps), you will find an open-plan attic bedroom with exposed beams (ceiling height: 1.65 metres), fitted with a 140 bed. You’ll have access to a private 22 m² courtyard at the front and a 100 m² private outdoor area (garden furniture, barbecue, swing, slide) at the rear.
The front door of the gîte is low (1.76 m). On the premises there is another gîte (H85G010071) as well as the owner’s accommodation.
