This renovated old house is located in a hamlet, in a property of 1.5 hectares. The ground floor comprises a lounge/kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160cm) and the other with two single beds (90cm), a shower room and a toilet. Upstairs (staircase with high steps), you will find an attic bedroom with exposed beams (height: 1.65 m), not closed off, equipped with a double bed. There is a private courtyard of 22 m² to the front and a private landscaped area of 100 m² (garden furniture, barbecue, swing, slide) to the rear.
The entrance door to the gîte is low (1.76 m). There is another gîte on site (H85G010071) as well as the owner's accommodation.
